The property, which covers 3,000 m2, consists of a mas and two smaller gîtes. The mas stands in its own private and enclosed 600 m2 grounds with splendid established trees: pines, olive and fig trees whose shade keeps the house naturally cool throughout the summer. The two semi-detached gîtes are separate from the mas (Les Oliviers) and enjoy their own setting.

The 3,600 m² property lies not far from the Alpilles range, which can be seen from the garden. The gardens are planted with a variety of trees - pine, olive, cherry, apricot, almond, fig, kaki - and vines. Their shade keeps the gardens cool throughout the summer.

Entrance to the property is via an electric gate (remote control provided).
